After more than 10 years as a Product Owner in Nantes and Angers, I am expanding my expertise into discovery, focusing primarily on UX — a passion dating back to 2010.
For my upcoming projects, I now position myself as a Product Designer or "Product Owner UX".
I design products by seeking the best balance between user value, operational needs and business objectives.
From the discovery phase, I identify opportunities, challenge ideas and mockups, develop relevant solutions and measure their impact through data, field feedback and KPIs.
I also place particular importance on the human dimension: meaningful conversations, listening, collaboration and team dynamics are essential to designing good products and creating stimulating workplaces that inspire people to go further.
In practice, this means an interest in agile methods (scrum, design thinking, management 3.0…) and a commitment to honesty and transparency in human interactions.
